Williams Window Fabrications Ltd: 2024 Year in Review

As 2024 draws to a close, Williams Window Fabrications Ltd reflects on a year of growth, innovation, and community engagement. This year has been marked by significant milestones and achievements that have strengthened our position as Glasgow’s leading provider of high-quality windows and doors.

1. Expansion of Product Range This year, we introduced several new products to our line-up, including garden rooms and a range of stylish aluminium bi-fold doors. These additions have been well-received by our customers, offering them more choices to enhance their homes’ aesthetics and energy efficiency.

2. Sustainability Initiatives Sustainability has been a key focus for us in 2024. We have implemented eco-friendly manufacturing processes and sourced materials from sustainable suppliers. Our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint has not only benefited the environment but also resonated with our eco-conscious customers. We have installed cutting-edge smart energy meters from Smart Building Solutions | Prioto, have added recycling bins to all our rooms and have phased out two of our older diesel vans.

3. Customer Satisfaction Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of our business. In 2024, we achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rate, thanks to our dedicated team and their commitment to providing exceptional service. We have also expanded our customer support team to ensure timely and effective assistance.

4. Community Engagement We believe in giving back to the community. This year, we participated in several local events and sponsored community projects, including the renovation of the local primary school, Clydemuir Primary. We have also partnered with Find out more about the activities of Wooden Spoon Scotland | Wooden Spoon. to support their application – now approved – for additional funding to completely revamp the playground and install a basketball court! 5. New Talent We have our first modern apprentice! Brandon Jenkins has joined us from school and is working towards his Modern Apprenticeship in Fenestration Installation. He is smashing it already.

6. Looking Ahead As we look forward to 2025 – and our 30th birthday –  we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. We plan to continue expanding our product range, enhancing our sustainability efforts, and maintaining our high standards of customer service. We are grateful for the support of our customers and community and are committed to building on this year’s successes.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We wish you a happy and prosperous new year!
