The cost of your garden room will vary depending on factors such as size, materials, and design features. Our gardens rooms start from as little as £12,000 installed.
Can I get plumbing to my garden room?
Yes, this is perfectly possible – but it will require the services of a trained and qualified plumber - we will discuss this with you when we visit your home.
How long do garden rooms last?
All our garden rooms come with a minimum 10-year guarantee. With good care and maintenance, there is no reason why a garden room cannot last for several decades.
Does my garden room come with electrics and a power pack?
All of our garden rooms come with an electric pack which includes, four spotlights, one double switch, three double sockets, panel heater, consumer unit and two external down lights, however, you will need to arrange for armoured cable to be installed from the house to the garden room. You will need to consider the path of the cable and ensure there are no obstacles in the way. You will also need to arrange an electrician to connect the power.
